That day happened this week, and I had a little tear in my eye.
For Memorial Day, we celebrated Joanne's cousin Emily's birthday with her. She was very excited for have Cookies and Cream ice cream cake, and that we all sang to her. We also grilled a little and played some softball with Eric's family.
The kids went back to school for four days after Memorial Day, and I was impressed that Jessica's school even made good use of those days. Summer's off to a good start!
